Unknown Error

I wanted to transfer Energy to playwallet out of Goldsmugglers.
But I go not the Message " Transfer successful"
There was shown " 0 " at the Screen
As I looked in Playwallet I saw the the Energy was received but not decreased in GS.
I wrote this to Vchris to both Email Adresses but no answer.
Please Check!
